I went to see a doctor in May 2008 I told him that sometimes I could not remember what I had been watching on tv I was tired .
Because of this I have lost my driving licence I broke my leg in August 2009 went into Stepping Hill hospital a physiologist came to see me I went into a room with my wife he asked me to remember ten things I got nine correct . I thanked him I left hospital on the 7th November 2008 I could not walk Nuro physiologist came to see me her name is Helen Griffiths I did puzzles with he for an hour she then asked me to send my driving licence back to the DVLA andf said I will never drive again . I passed my driving test when I was seventeen second year apprentice I taught my girlfriend who became my wife to drive my son and daughter .
